AGREEMENT:

By checking the box below, I certify that I am at least 18 years old and that I have read and agreed to all terms and conditions listed here including, but not limited to, terms of service, acceptable use and cancelation policies.

Username and/or Password: You can change your username anytime accessing the EDIT option within your Profile section. Please refer to the HELP link for details. Passwords can be changed anytime at your discretion. *We do not recommend changing usernames or using your real name as members reference you and contact you based on your chosen username.

NOTE: Only one account per person is allowed, and if you choose to close an account and rejoin later, you must reactivate this existing account only. Once you reactivate you may update your username and/or profile as needed. If you have questions about an account click here.

Cancel or Update your Account: You may cancel your account at any time. Just login and click on the Account link in the members' area. Once there, just use the Cancel Account button to bring up the option to end your membership. You may reactivate anytime when you attempt to login.

Your personal information is kept strictly confidential, and all such personal information is hosted on secured servers.

You agree to receive email from us for both personal account purposes including events, newsletters and promotional offers.

You have the right to cancel anytime online or by contacting us. Email requests must include the member's full and legal name and in some cases we may require identifying information from the member to confirm cancelation and identity. Any and all claims, demands, demands for actions, controversies, or disputes arising out of or otherwise relating to this agreement, your account, our terms of service, your subscription, or your affiliation (or any alleged violation), whether in contract or tort, shall be exclusively adjudicated by private arbitration administered by Private Trials, 701 Bridger Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89101, (702) 932-2600 under its arbitration rules. All arbitration will take place in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Member Profiles: Others will know you by the username you choose, and any other optional information you provide in the public portion of your profile or communicate directly to other members. We are not liable for any personal information you choose to share with other members. False information within your application or profile will be grounds for immediate termination. For safety, external email addresses (your private email address) are not allowed to be posted inside your member profile. We reserve the right to revoke membership to anyone, especially to those who poorly represent the spirit of Christianity this service works to embrace. Unauthorized solicitation to members for any reason is strictly prohibited. Employees, owners or representatives of other singles organizations are ineligible for membership.

In addition, offensive names or insincere registrants may be removed at the discretion of the administrator and without warning. Photos submitted and considered inappropriate or offensive by the operators of this system will be deleted immediately. Users who are identified, as registered sex offenders are not eligible for membership and you certify that as a registrant you are not a convicted sex offender and that you permit ChristianSeniors.com and its principals to confirm your eligibility through a sex offender database. Any member found abusing our system or, in any way will lose their membership privileges. All members agree to receive newsletters and/or other promotional offers via e-mail. Members have the option to unsubscribe from these specific emails at any time using the unsubscribe options within those messages. Administrative emails and those specifically necessary to your account are exempt from this policy.

Any and all claims, demands, suits, actions, controversies, or disputes arising out of or otherwise relating to this agreement, your account, our terms of service, or your membership (or any alleged breach thereof), whether sounding in contract or tort, shall be exclusively adjudicated by private arbitration. All arbitration shall take place in Clark County, Nevada.

ChristianSeniors.com serves only as a medium for members to communicate. The operators of this system are not responsible for the actions or statements of our members. Always use common sense before exchanging phone numbers or any personal information with other users. As with most sites, user information is self-reported therefore we do not offer background checks on members. As with any online service, we cannot guarantee your connection to the Internet. Periods of 'downtime' due to upgrades, technical difficulties or other problems are possible. Every effort will be made to alert members of scheduled downtime.
